The Ahmedabad University Students' branch of IEEE marked its opening on 11th July 2015 with the vision of achieving all around development and progress of the students. It aims to give students the cutting edge skills, confidence and intellect with which they can be easily distinguished from others by organising competitions, workshops and talks.
The Ahmedabad University Students' branch of IEEE desires to give all the students an equal opportunity to venture out into new possibilities and promotes a project-based environment.
The Robotics and Automation society student chapter of Ahmedabad University Students' branch of IEEE fosters the development and facilitates the exchange of scientific and technological knowledge in Robotics and Automation that benefits members, the profession and humanity.

WIE-Ahmedabad University Students' Branch of IEEE was established on 11th September 2016 with a focus of enhancing the participation of women in the society and ameliorating skills needed for entrepreneurship. Our committee works with zeal and enthusiasm to advocate women in leadership roles, to promote women engineers and provide assistance for women to develop the technical and professional skills necessary to advance in their careers.
